First - till and work soil down to a depth of 10” or 12”, and build a ridge about 4” higher than
the rest of the bed.

Hollow out a circle about the size of a dinnerplate, and in that circle, build a small mound
over which the roots of your IRIS FARM iris can be positioned.

Fill in the hollow with dirt, carefully packing it around the
roots arranged on the hump in the middle.
|
|
|
|
Continue to fill until all the roots are firmly buried, and the soil surrounds the iris Rhiz leaving
just the back exposed to the sun.

Water weekly until you see new growth.
